Environmental Compliance

There is a Duty of Care on all organisations, to ensure that their operations do not harm the environment, directly or indirectly.

Some sectors are regulated under license or permit, for example intense agriculture, waste processing and the food and drinks industry.  All sectors are legally obliged to comply with whatever environmental legislation is applicable to their business.  Whether you operate a manufacturing process or a small office, you need to understand your environmental legal obligations.

We have vast experience in environmental compliance, particularly PPC Regulations (The Pollution Prevention and Control [Scotland] Regulations 2012).  We are also extensively experienced in the development, implementation and review of Environmental Management Systems in line with, and certifiable to ISO 14001.
